PJD Construction Sdn. Bhd. (PJDC) is the construction arm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group. PJDC is a registered contractor with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) with a “Class A” and “G7” classification respectively.

PJ Development Holdings Berhad was incorporated in 1965 and has been listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia since 1974. PJDH started as a modest company and over the years it has become a thriving conglomerate amassing over RM1.0 Billion in combined assets in property development and construction, hotel and leisure,
manufacturing and trading businesses.

The Group’s business operation in Malaysia stretches from Kedah, Penang and Perak in the north, to Melaka and Johor in the south and Pahang in the East coast. The cosmopolitan capital city of Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding areas in the Klang Valley remains the core business areas for the company especially for development and construction of high quality residential and commercial properties. Voted as one of Malaysia’s Top 18 Developers by The Edge, the Group also has regional operations in Thailand, Vietnam and Australia, in the construction, manufacturing & hotel businesses.
